Contractual Partners:
<\/strong> Pogodbena partnerja sta Radovna Chalet in gost. \u010ce je za gosta oddala naro\u010dilo tretja oseba, potem na podlagi solidarnega jamstva tretja oseba skupaj z gostom jam\u010di resortu za vse obveznosti iz pogodbe. Splo\u0161ni pogoji za najem in kori\u0161\u010denje namestitvenih kapacitet Radovna Chalet (Slavko Pezdirnik s.p.), so objavljeni na spletni strani www.radovnachalet.com in so sestavni del pogodbe oz. voucherja. Gosti so seznanjeni z njimi in jih sprejmejo z oddajo rezervacije oz. s prijavo v ustni, pisni ali elektronski obliki.<\/p>\n

Conclusion of the Contract:
<\/strong>The contract is concluded when Radovna Chalet receives written confirmation from the guest or the online booking system, and when we send you a confirmation of the reservation. By this, it is considered that the guest fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions. A sent offer for accommodation does not yet mean a reserved room. The guest provides all required information and guarantees their accuracy.<\/p>\n

Rezervacija se potrdi ob pla\u010dilu celotnega zneska (<\/span>100<\/span>%<\/span>) <\/span>of the accommodation capacity rental to the bank account indicated in the offer (each offer has a limited timeframe). If the lessor does not receive the prepayment of the reservation amount within the agreed period, the lessor reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Based on the prepayment\/payment, the guest receives a confirmation of the reservation, which guarantees their stay at Radovna Chalet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Podjetje SLAVKO PEZDIRNIK S.P. bo s potrebno skrbnostjo pri oblikovanju spletne strani posku\u0161alo zagotavljati to\u010dnost ina\u017eurnost podatkov na svoji spletni strani, vendar ne prevzema nikakr\u0161ne odgovornosti o njihovi to\u010dnosti in celovitosti. Bistveni pogoj za veljavnost rezervacije je va\u0161a potrditev na\u0161e ponudbe in pla\u010dilo v skladu z navedenimi splo\u0161nimi pogoji poslovanja. V primeru, da potrditve ne prejmemo, se \u0161teje, da rezervacija ni bila nikoli naro\u010dena. Sprememba rezervacije (ne vklju\u010duje odpovedi rezervacije): Sprememba rezervacije je mogo\u010da le pisno na elektronski naslov info@radovnachalet.com ob predhodnem dogovoru z recepcijo. V kolikor gost opravlja spremembo rezervacije tako, da s to spremembo manj\u0161a \u0161t. no\u010ditev lahko to stori pod slede\u010dimi pogoji:
More than 14 days before arrival: The first modification is free, the second modification is charged at 50\u20ac per reservation.

Sprememba rezervacije je mo\u017ena zgolj glede na razpolo\u017eljivost in predhodni individualni dogovor s predstavnikom podjetja SLAVKO PEZDIRNIK S.P.. Dovje 104C 4281 Mojstrana.<\/p>\n

Cancellation of Reservation:
<\/strong>Stro\u0161ki odpovedi so odvisni od tega, kdaj Radovna Chalet prejme obvestilo o odpovedi. Odpoved rezervacije je mogo\u010da le pisno na info@radovnachalet.com. Brezpla\u010dna odpoved do 14 dni pred prihodom ;
Less than 14 days before arrival: Radovna Chalet retains 40% of the reservation amount.
7 days or less before arrival: Radovna Chalet retains 40% of the reservation amount without the possibility of rebooking.
In case of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the reservation value.
In case of early departure, 100% of the accommodation value will be charged.<\/p>\n

In Case of Force Majeure:
<\/strong>In case of force majeure such as accidents, Radovna Chalet closure, earthquake, epidemic, or pandemic, funds already paid or charged in accordance with the terms and conditions are not refunded. The paid amount is retained and can be used within 12 months from the cancellation.<\/p>\n

Minimum Number of Nights:
<\/strong>According to the regular price list, the minimum number of nights for a stay in the resort is two nights<\/strong>If a guest wishes to stay for only one night, they agree to an additional payment of 20% of the regular price added to the existing price for one night.<\/p>\n

Payment:
<\/strong>Reservation via the online booking system: Upon confirmation of the reservation, you will need to provide your personal details as well as the details of a valid bank card with which you will confirm your reservation. By doing so, you agree that we will debit your bank card in accordance with the General Terms and Cancellation Conditions.
Reservation via email: Ob potrditvi rezervacije je potrebno pla\u010dati predpla\u010dilo – celotni znesek rezervacije<\/em>, v kolikor pa je prihod v manj kot 7 dnevih, se za potrditev rezervacije pla\u010da 100% znesek nastanitve. Guest Check-in\/Check-out:<\/strong>
Prijava: od 14:00 do 21.ure. Rezervirano namestitev za gosta dr\u017eimo na dan prihoda do 21.00 ure. V primeru kasnej\u0161ega prihoda nas je gost dol\u017ean pred\u010dasno obvestiti \u2013 najkasneje do 16.00 ure. V kolikor gost ne seznani  pravo\u010dasno, Radovna Chalet ni dol\u017ena dr\u017eati sobe za gosta, prav tako ima pravico gostu zara\u010dunati stro\u0161ek neprihoda. Zgodnja prijava  je mo\u017ena po dogovoru v kolikor je hi\u0161ka prazna in pripravljena za oddajo. Kasnej\u0161a odjava iz resorta je mo\u017ena glede na razpolo\u017eljivost ter dogovor z recepcijo \u2013 najve\u010d 1 ura. Po 12h se obra\u010duna celoten dan \u2013 vrednost 1 no\u010ditve.<\/p>\n

Check-in at Radovna Chalet:<\/strong> For security reasons, guests must have a valid personal identification document (identity card, passport, or driver's license) when checking in. According to the Law on Residence Registration, the accommodation facility is obliged to register temporary residence for all guests staying in the resort within 12 hours.<\/p>\n

Travel Documents:<\/strong> Gostje so sami odgovorni za predlo\u017eitev dokazil o dr\u017eavljanstvu v obliki veljavnega potnega lista in drugih listin, ki so potrebne za potovanje. Gostje se morajo posvetovati s svojim potovalnim agentom, letalsko dru\u017ebo ali primernim dr\u017eavnim organom glede potrebnih listin. \u010ce gostje nimajo potrebnih potnih listin, jim je lahko zavrnjen prihod. Guests understand and acknowledge that this disclaimer also includes claims of negligence and\/or acts or omissions of the chalet and its staff. The chalet provides a secure terrace where guests can sit in peace and quiet. The gallery in the chalet is surrounded by a secure fence. Therefore, Radovna Chalet will not be liable under any circumstances for any actions contrary to the rules, such as guests sitting on the gallery or terrace fence or in any way altering the safety features in the chalet.<\/p>\n

Early Departure:
<\/strong>The resort is not obliged to refund the guest\/customer for the value of nights for an early departure. For any exceptions based on the reasons for early departure, approval from the company management is required.<\/p>\n

Applicable Law:
<\/strong>Slovenian law applies to these general terms and conditions. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.<\/p>\n
